• You may submit property URLs and view analytics for your own investment or personal use only.• You agree not to scrape or reverse-engineer our API beyond approved methods.4. Subscription & Payment
• Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly.• You authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel.• No refunds for partial-month use.5. Intellectual Property
• All content, code, and analytics provided by PropRooster remain our property.• You own the data you input (e.g., your saved searches), and we claim no ownership over it.6. Acceptable Conduct
• You agree not to use PropRooster to violate laws, infringe IP rights, or harass others.• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse our service.7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
